We charge a symbolic fee to support our independent initiative and cover the costs of maintaining it.

It also helps people be more conscious and respectful of the items and the work behind them.

You can use it only for in-store purchases, one time, during the same visit when you buy your pass. You can use the entire discount or part of it. If you use it partially, the remaining amount will not be saved for later, by doing so, you accept that you don't want to use what remains.

Each bag equals one benefit usage, which means that when you present your pass, you can choose to use one bag/slot to swap or borrow.

You can use multiple slots in one visit. For example, you could use one slot to swap an item, another to borrow an item, and another to swap another item, leaving two empty slots to use later.

Think of it like a loyalty card, each time you use one bag/slot, it gets marked.

It's digital. You need an account on our website, and you can track your card usage at the bottom of this page.

Yes! You'll get a 25% discount on online purchases, which you can use multiple times.

Bring something clean and in good condition that you no longer need. We'll evaluate it, and you leave with something "new" for you! For example, if your item is rated 3 stars, you can swap it for something with 3 stars or less. I explain more about our star system in the next question!

One item = one item. You cannot combine the stars from two items to swap for one item with a higher rating.

No, we don't use regular currency, we use stars.

Yes, you can leave items to be swapped later while your pass is valid.

You can leave the same number of items as you have free slots. For example, if you have 5 empty slots, you can leave up to 5 items to swap in another visit.

For example, if you left 3 items to be swapped, one evaluated as 1 star, one as 3 stars, and one as 6 stars, you'll use 3 slots of your pass. At the bottom of this page, you'll see: "to swap 1 star," "to swap 3 stars," "to swap 6 stars."

All items left to be swapped later will be accepted as donations to our circular library.

Your items become donations to our circular library the moment you turn them in. They convert into stars that you can use to swap for other items of the same value, as explained in the previous question. You can use these stars anytime while your pass is valid. After your pass expires, you can no longer swap.

Due to space limitations, not all online items are available at our physical circular library, and not all items at our physical location are listed online.

You can only borrow items marked as available for borrowing, and it is only available at our physical location at the moment.

Items can be borrowed for up to 7 days.

They must be returned clean and in good condition.

Items returned dirty, stained, or damaged will not be accepted. You'll be asked to purchase the item, fix the damage, or wash it, whatever fits the situation. Your pass may also be terminated.

Each pass is valid for 3 months and does not auto-renew. Buy a new one when you need it!

All your perks and benefits will expire too. You can no longer swap (even if you have swaps left), borrow items, or use any discounts on purchases.
