"Secondhand Items" refers to pre-owned fashion items sold directly by FashionPwr.

3.1. Secondhand Items: FashionPwr acts as the direct seller for all secondhand items available on our website and in our physical store.

3.3. Pricing: All prices are listed in Swedish Krona (SEK) and include applicable VAT.

3.4. Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods as indicated during the checkout process. All payments are processed securely.

4. Secondhand Items

4.1. Condition Disclosure: Due to the nature of secondhand items, they may have small usage marks and minor defects. We do our best to accurately describe the condition of each item and disclose any notable defects in the item description.

4.2. Return Period: In accordance with EU consumer law, customers have the right to return secondhand items within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason.

4.3. Condition of Returns: All returned items must have their original tags intact. Items returned without original tags will not be accepted for return.

4.4. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at returns@fashionpwr.com with your order number and the items you wish to return.

4.5. Refunds: Once we receive and approve your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days.

4.6. Return Shipping Costs: customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

7. Consumer Rights Under EU Law

7.1. Right of Withdrawal: In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers have the right to withdraw from a purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason, except for Custom Orders and Made-to-Order items as specified in section 5.4.

7.2. Legal Guarantee: All items sold by FashionPwr come with a legal guarantee of conformity as required by EU law. This means the items must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality.

7.3. Alternative Dispute Resolution: In case of disputes, EU consumers have the right to access the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.

8. Delivery

8.1. Delivery Options: We offer various delivery options, including home delivery and pickup at our physical store.

8.2. Delivery Timeframes: Estimated delivery times are provided during checkout but are not guaranteed. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver items within the stated timeframe. Custom Orders and Made-to-Order items typically have longer delivery timeframes.

8.3. Risk Transfer: The risk of loss or damage to items passes to you when you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) takes physical possession of the goods.
